Over $42 Million raised since 1990 setting Korn Ferry Tour Record.

In front of 800 tournament sponsors, local media partners and special guests at the Hershey Company Pro-Am Dinner, Albertsons and Chevron executives announced over $3 MILLION was raised for charity from this year’s 36th Annual Albertsons Boise Open presented by Chevron. The result brings the 36-year charity total to over $42 MILLION, a record on the Korn Ferry Tour.

“We are excited to announce over $3 Million dollars was raised for the fourth year in a row thanks to the amazing support of Albertsons, Chevron, our treasured sponsors, the great fans of Boise and our 850 hard-working volunteers,” said Jeff Sanders, CEO of Jeff Sanders Entertainment, the event’s management company. “We look forward to entertaining our fans in Boise this week, showcasing PGA TOUR golf by day and sold-out concerts by night.”

The Albertsons Boise Open presented by Chevron will be the final event of the Korn Ferry Tour regular season, featuring 156 Korn Ferry Tour players as they compete for position in the Korn Ferry Tour Finals and PGA TOUR cards for the 2025-2026 PGA TOUR season. The tournament has hosted many of the best golfers in the world over the years on their way to PGA TOUR stardom including current PGA TOUR stars Scottie Scheffler, Xander Schauffele, Victor Hovland, Justin Thomas, Patrick Cantlay, Justin Thomas, Max Homa, J.J. Spaun and many more.

Again this year, the event will feature three nights of sold-out concerts after golf on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, August 14-16 at Hillcrest Country Club.

The concerts will kick off following golf on Thursday, August 14th, with Darius Rucker. Rucker first achieved multi-Platinum status in the music industry as lead singer and rhythm guitarist of the GRAMMY Award-winning band Hootie & the Blowfish, who have sold more than 25 million albums worldwide including their Double Diamond-certified (22x Platinum) debut Cracked Rear View, which remains among the top 10 best-selling studio albums of all time. Since releasing his first Country album in 2008, Rucker has earned a whole new legion of fans with four No. 1 albums on the Billboard Country chart plus 10 No. 1 singles at Country radio and 11 Gold, Platinum or multi-Platinum certified hits. Rucker was inducted as a Grand Ole Opry member in 2012 and he won his third career GRAMMY Award in 2014 for Best Solo Country Performance with his Diamond-certified (11x Platinum) version of “Wagon Wheel,” one of the top five best-selling Country songs of all time.

Following golf on Friday night, August 15th, Lynyrd Skynyrd will take the stage. More than a half century after the release of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s critically acclaimed debut album they resonate as deeply with their multi-generational fan base today as when they first emerged out of Jacksonville, Florida in 1973.  Few ensembles have had the deep impact in creating a lifestyle as Skynyrd has. The band travels forward with a primary mission of celebrating a legacy that honors all whom have had a resonating contribution to the lives of hundreds of millions of fans globally. With a catalog of over 60 albums, billions of streams, tens of millions of records sold, and the introduction of Hell House whiskey, Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Lynyrd Skynyrd remain a cultural icon that appeal to all generations.

On Saturday night, August 16th, Brothers Osborne will rock the stage. The reigning CMA and ACM Duo of the Year winners, John and TJ Osborne are leaders of a progressive and still classic school of country music, and the faces of the new generation of Nashville. The siblings took home their first GRAMMY in 2022, winning Best Country Duo/Group Performance for their song “Younger Me,” inspired by TJ's recent coming out. The song is featured on the deluxe version of their GRAMMY-nominated album, Skeletons. The band has been nominated for 12 GRAMMYs in total, standing as six-time CMA Vocal Duo of the Year winners and are four-time ACM Duo of the Year winners. Overall, they have collected seven CMA awards, seven ACM trophies and received the ASCAP Vanguard Award in 2019. Their critically acclaimed hit songs have tallied multiple RIAA Gold and Platinum certifications, while surpassing more than 2.7 Billion global streams.

The sold-out concerts will be held at Hillcrest CC on the 18th fairway and will start immediately after golf concludes. Concert admission is included with the purchase of daily tickets and four-day passes - there will not be any additional charges or upgraded tickets needed to enjoy the concerts after golf. The concerts are sponsored by Smithfield Foods on Thursday, Tyson Foods on Friday and Sanderson Farms on Saturday.

In addition to the great golf and concert admission, all tickets will include admission to five on-course hospitality venues - the Albertsons Wine Bar & Chill Zone and the Michelob Ultra Fan Pavilion featuring Beers Fore Birdies on the 16th green, the Corona Premier Beach club on the 10th green, the Coors Light Fan Deck on the 18th green and the Heroes Outpost sponsored by United Rentals on the 10th green.

Sunday’s Final Round will feature Junior Day sponsored by St. Luke’s Health Plan. Junior Day will include a free tournament logoed hat and lunch for the first 500 kids in attendance as well as free golf games and golf lessons from PGA Professionals. Plus, all juniors can enjoy the final round action and witness the crowning of the 2025 Albertsons Boise Open presented by Chevron Champion!
