PGA TOUR golf and the stars of the Tour return to Hillcrest Country Club September 12-18, 2016 for the Albertsons Boise Open, continuing its rich history on the Tour. The tournament is one of only four that have existed since the Tour’s inception, and the event has played host to many of golf’s current superstars. More than just great golf, the Albertsons Boise Open is a community-wide celebration, providing family-friendly entertainment and providing more than $18 Million for hundreds of deserving local charities in its history. 2016 will mark a new and exciting chapter for the Albertsons Boise Open, as the tournament will be the debut of the Tour Finals in Boise. The Top 75 Tour players from the 2016 regular season will battle it out with 75 PGA TOUR players for their 2016-2017 PGA TOUR Cards.

HOW: FREE Parking and FREE Shuttle service runs daily to Hillcrest Country Club.
Free parking is located at the corner of W Victory Rd and S Orchard St.

How do I sign up so my non-profit organization can sell tickets?
Email Sheila Guernsey at or call (208) 336-3029 ext. 206 to sign up! You will fill out a “Count Me In” form, along with a W9, and you will need to submit a copy of your 501(c)(3) Determination Letter from the IRS.

Who will be playing in the Albertsons Boise Open?
150 of the best golfers in the world will tee it up at Hillcrest Country Club September 15-18, 2016 under extreme pressure in pursuit of their PGA TOUR cards. With all 50 2016 PGA TOUR Cards now awarded via the Tour, the competition will be fierce and packed with drama as players battle it out at this critical stop in the 2016 Tour Finals. The top 75 Tour players from the 2016 regular season will compete with 75 PGA TOUR players (who finished the 2015-2016 season ranked #126 to 200) for their 2016-2017 PGA TOUR Cards. Will the tournament be on television?
The Albertsons Boise Open will be broadcast in the U.S. all four days on Golf Channel and be seen in 186 other countries/territories.

How much is the tournament purse? Tour professionals will compete for a purse of $1,000,000, ranking it at the top of all Tour events on the 2016 schedule with the other three Tour Finals events.

How much money will the winner of the tournament receive?
The tournament winner will receive $180,000.
